Peer Review Process

All submissions go through a double-blind review process. 

To enable a blind review process, authors' names, contact details and title of the paper must be provided separately, and must not be included in the papers.

 

Archive Access Policy

The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested visitors of this site..

 

Registration

Conference registration is now open and will remain active till 15th of November 2012.

Registration codes have been sent to all those who registered at the conference site. If you already have the code please follow this secure registration link (https://secure.hbcse.tifr.res.in/epi5/) for completing the conference registration process and choose the payment mode.

 

All foreign participants are requested to submit passports details before the 21th of October 2012. This is to facilitate sending invitation letters to facilitate your visa information and to send invitation letters to you as early as possible. Please note that all participants who are not citizens of India,Nepal, Bhutan or Maldives need visa to visit India and we need to seek approval for each participant from Government of India well in advance.

 

Those of you who are not presenting papers and would like to attend the conference as a participants, please follow the secure registration link ( https://secure.hbcse.tifr.res.in/epi5/ ) and fill in the application form before October 21, 2012. We will send the registration code to the selected participants. Preference will be given to those who submitted papers, reviewed papers, have accepted our invitation to chair sessions. This is to ensure that we do not register more than the capacity of the auditorium and accommodation. All registered participants outside Mumbai and suburban Mumbai will be given accommodation within the campus guest house on sharing basis (in a room with twin beds and attached toilet) on a first come first serve basis.

Important information for Registered Participants

Conference fees cover the following:

  • accommodation for 6 nights (January 6 to 11)

  • food from January 6 (dinner) to January 11 (dinner)

  • conference materials

  • proceedings


Accompanying Persons

Accommodation for accompanying persons cannot be guaranteed. However we shall try to accommodate a very limited number of accompanying persons. We shall inform you of the possibility of accommodating accompanying persons within 15 days of registering.

A fixed amount of US$ 500 (for a person from outside India) or INR 10,000/- (for a person from India) will be charged for each accompanying person. This will cover accommodation, food for the duration of the Conference and attending cultural programme. Remittance for accompanying persons should be sent if and when we confirm their accommodation.

The organizing committee will not be able to make any arrangement for pre and post conference tour and stay
